The URL RisuAI asks for Request URL https://api.vaelico.ai/v1/chat/completions

Steps

Create your key in the app: open Account, then API keys, then New key (it starts with vk_).
On first run choose "I will set up myself" (not a preset).
Go to Settings, then Advanced Settings.
Enable OpenAI Compatible (Custom Models) and untick "Autofill Request URL"; otherwise RisuAI overwrites your URL with OpenAI’s.
Paste the full path into Request URL: https://api.vaelico.ai/v1/chat/completions (RisuAI wants the complete path).
Paste your vk_ key into the Key field.
Under Custom Models, add artemis.
Set both Model and Auxiliary Model to Custom Models.

RisuAI updates often. The menu labels above are current; if your build reorganizes them, look for "OpenAI Compatible" and "Custom Models".
